Each day is designed to enhance your skills and deepen your understanding of traditional Japanese cuisine:
Monday – Japanese Food Culture:
Discover the history, etiquette, and significance of Japanese dining.
Tuesday – Sushi Cooking
Learn to craft authentic sushi, from nigiri to maki rolls.
Wednesday & Thursday – Washoku (Japanese Hot Dishes):
Prepare and savor classic warm dishes, including comforting soups and sizzling teppanyaki.

SUSHI COOKING
Delve into the art of sushi preparation, from the basics to advanced techniques. Learn the essentials of sushi rice (Shari) , various fish preparation methods, and skills for making nigiri, maki, and other sushi styles.
WASHOKU COOKING
Explore traditional Washoku cuisine through the ICHI-JU-SAN-SAI set menu. Understand the prin- ciples of balancing flavors and learn to prepare a variety of dishes including rice, main courses, side dishes, and soups.
